Typically our shows last for 45 minutes, however this can be varied to suit specific group requirements. 

We also require approximately 15 minutes prior to and following each show to set-up and pack away our equipment.

We provide the following equipment:

• Laptop with all the films loaded (no internet connection required);

• Projector;

• Speaker;

• Prints, print stands and cards; and

• Our presenter, Kate!

We can also provide a projector screen if required. 

We need the following supplied to enable us to complete our show: 

• A suitable room;

• Chairs for those attending to watch the show;

• Suitable parking space for a standard four-door car;

• Two tables;

• Power socket; and

• Projector screen (not essential as we can supply our own but if your room has one this usually provides a better experience). 

Typically we cover Gloucestershire, although bookings for further afield can be discussed. 

Mileage is chargeable, measured from our base in Brockworth (Gloucestershire). See Prices tab for mileage charge. 

Yes we are fully insured with third party public liability insurance.

In addition Kate holds a clear DBS, and is a registered drone operator with the Civil Aviation Authority.
